Ewa Hermann has a family history of music. Her grandfather, Bernard Hermann (1916-1996), was a French horn player in the Municipal, then Pomeranian Symphony Orchestra in Bydgoszcz, and then in A. Rezler’s orchestra. From 1949 to 1987 he played in the symphony orchestra of the Pomeranian Philharmonic.

She participated in the Solidarity of Arts Festival and the Festival of Stars in Gdańsk and the performances of the Musical Theater in Gdynia. On this occasion, she performed alongside many stars of the Polish stage (Edyta Górniak, Zbigniew Wodecki, Zakopower, Grzegorz Turnau) and world stars such as Sting, Bobby MC Ferrin, Jean Michel Jarre, Ian Gillan (Deep Purple), David Gilmour (Pink Floyd) and Canadian Brass Band.

In addition to her work with cultural institutions in the Tri-City, she is the lead violinist and manager of the Baltic Trio. She also has been creating musical settings for weddings and other celebrations in the Pomeranian Voivodeship for many years, playing the violin solo or in a duo with a cellist.
